The sparkling process occurs once the sparkling wine basis is clarified. Only then sparkling wine production takes place, magic event in which the style, the taste and the expertise of the enologist play a decisive role.
The various batches are first put together after careful tasting, then into pressure tanks inside which the typical aromas and bubbles start to develop, finally they are bottled.
