Malibran opens its doors to visitors on Sunday, May 27th. On this day it will be possible to taste all the wines of the company, as well as visit the winery and walk around the vineyards. That’s also the perfect occasion to enjoy a gastronomic tour to discover the many aspects of good wine and good food with some interesting SlowFood Garrisons and other culinary delicacies that will be served with wines. Upon request, there will be a guided wine tasting with Paolo Ianna, Master of Food of the Slow Food guide and contributor to the magazine Vinibuoni d’Italia, who will take care of the wine side and Renato Grando, professor of gastronomy and consultant for Osterie d’Italia guide and Slow Food guide, who will be covering the food side. They will both take participants on a tour to discover how eating and drinking well are not mutually exclusive in all aspects of everyday life, as they are deeply rooted in specific traditions, nature and rural economy. During the day, it will also be possible, under “Momi’s” guidance, to rediscover the tradition of homemade bread baked in old wood-fired oven |
